Terms of Service

1. Authorized Use Only

You may only scan websites and applications that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems is prohibited and may violate computer fraud laws. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

2. Service Tiers

Free Scan: 1 attack round, 12 of 36 test types, critical issues shown. No payment required. Share on X to unlock all free-scan findings.

Deep Scan ($4.99): 5 AI-guided attack rounds, all 36 test types, every vulnerability with fix code, CVSS scoring and compliance mapping.

Pro ($19/month): 50 deep scans per month. Unlimited ($49/month): Unlimited deep scans per month.

3. Subscriptions and Cancellations

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused scan credits. Refunds for single deep scans are available within 24 hours if the scan fails to complete. To cancel, contact support or manage your subscription through Stripe's customer portal.

4. No Guarantee of Security

vibeAudit is an automated security scanner. It identifies common vulnerabilities but does not guarantee complete security coverage. A clean vibeAudit report does not mean your application is secure. We recommend professional penetration testing for production applications handling sensitive data.

5. Limitation of Liability

vibeAudit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this service, including but not limited to: false negatives (vulnerabilities we fail to detect), false positives, service downtime, or data loss.

6. Data Handling

Scan results are stored in your account. We do not store the content of scanned websites beyond what is necessary for generating reports. Test credentials provided for authenticated scanning are deleted immediately after the scan completes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

Scan reports generated by vibeAudit are your property. You may share, distribute, or publish your reports. The vibeAudit software, brand, and methodology remain our intellectual property.

8. Third-Party Services

vibeAudit uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • Anthropic (Claude API): AI-powered analysis for deep scans. Anonymized vulnerability data only — no personal information sent.
  • Stripe: Payment processing. We never see or store your card details.

9. Fair Use

Unlimited plans are subject to fair use. Automated bulk scanning or reselling scan results is prohibited without written permission.
